Dear Doc,

I have your nice letter of November 9 enclosing a copy of
Dick LeBan's letter.

He came in with a letter from you and I assumed that he was one
of your boys. While we are delighted always to help any young
fellow, I gave him more attention than I probably would have if
he wouldn't have had your letter. Anyway, he is doing a grand
job with our Company in Washington. We should both feel very
happy to have given a little time and interest toakid who I be-
lieve is on the right track.

It was nice of you to write me and send me a copy of his letter.
