Dear Dr. Allens

I am interested in your suggestion in
your letter of February 22nd but it presents the
difficulty of acting in the same fashion for several
other buildings, notably the Chemistry buifding and
Snow Hall.

I am passing your letter on to Mr. Bayles
for any action he may be in a position to take although
I doubt very much whether the situation can be relieved
except by police action against the offending studentse
