Dear “Frits”,

Leave it to a muscle man to disregard all
formalities of social graces and the fine arts!

For days I have been intending to write you
to offer my apologies for the fect that I did not appear
in form.l attire at the beautiful christeexs dimer at
Corbin Hall, I had been out in Western Kansas on a speake
ing engagement end got home just in time to meet my basket
ball teem for practices I hurried directly from the floor
to the dimer.

This wes the first oceasion that we had been
asked to dimer, and through same fault of my ow I did not
inguire as to the formality of the dimmer. For that reason
I beg to apologize for being the only member not conforming
to the formality of the occasions
