the subscriptions. We have entered a subscription for
your son, Robert , as. requested and will also send him
those back copies. We are supplying this under our
servicemen's rate of $5.75 per year. You may send the

We launch ovr special eight-page tabloid over-
seas edition of The Sporting News tomorrow. This is
being turned out at the request of the War Department,
and one of the eight pages will be devoted to non-baseball
news.

Our regular edition adheres only to the baseball
line during the summer months, but we'll return to foot-
ball, basketball and hockey again in September...

Hope Charley Black received his gold basketball.
These were mailed to our All-Americans last week.
