I owe you an apology for not anawering more promptly
your inquiry regarding Miss Margaret Helen Curd, of —
1820 Bast Kellon, Apt. #11, “achite, Kansas.

I have given much thought to Miss Curd‘'s possibilities
for this type of work and I rather hesitate to make an un-
qualified recommendation. Wiss Curd is above the average
in efficiency end has a fine moral background, and her
training has been far above the average. But Iam not —
wholly convinoed that for this particular type of work she
would be able to fill all the requirements under the head-
ing of responsibilities and duties. Her qualifications
