In order to be able to satisfactorily issue books and supplies

to veterans enrolling for the summer session it will be necessary
for this office to have a complete listing of books and supplies
for any courses not offered during the past semester, and any
changes in requirements for courses that were offered during the
Spring semester.

It is important that you remind instructors that they are to
approve only those books and supplies for veterans that are ree
quired of all other students taking the same course, Such items
that may be used in several classes, such as notebooks, notebook
paper, pencils, ink, ete; will be approved by this office, and
should not be approved by individual instructors,
