Section 6 provides for a quorum of six members of the Board, it being recalled that with the Editor designated as an officer the Board now numbers ten members. It may be deemed preferable to increase the Board to an odd number by adding one or more at large, but this also is a matter for futher discussion. Article X is unchanged, as are Articles XI and XII. Article XIII is changed only with reference to slight modification of Item 3 under Section 4.
