Section 2. Election of candidetes for nernburship shall be pro=
posed and recommended by at least two wembers of the ombership Committee,
which shall refer the applicotion to the Board of Directors, the majority

vote of the Board of Directors being necessary to elcct.

ARTICL2 V.
MEMBERSHIP AND CONVENTION FEES.
Section 1. All active and allied members shall pay an annual
membership fee of two dollars ($2.00). |
Section 2. In addition to such annual membership feo, all active
and allicd mombers attending the annual meeting shall pay a convention fec

of three dollars ($3.00).

CANCELLATION AND ROINSTATEMENT

Section 1. The cancellation of seny masdorshio for sauce mey be
recommended by any member of the Board of Directors and, upon cause beilg
shown, after notice to and an opportunity to be heard on the part of the
holder of such membership, the samc may be cancclled by a two-thirds vote
of such board.

Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of this article shall not
apply to delinguoncies in the payment of fees specified in Article V hcroof.
Any member delinquent for one year in the sink of any feo psyable undor
the provisions of said Article V shall be dropped from the roll of membcre

ships by the Secretary-freasurcr, whose action shall be final, subject to

une provisions of Section 4 of this article.
