ARTICLE IX.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS.»

Section 1, The Board of Directors shall consist of the officers
specified above and four members of the haesetetinn elected at large at the
snnual meetings

for a term of years} provided that, upon the election of such a
member to one of the offices specified in Article Vii, the position of such
member at large shall be deemed to be vacant.
