BIENNIAL REQUESTS The financial needs of the University of Kansas for the biennium 1945-’47 as approved by the Board of Regents are presented in the following table. For purposes of information and comparison the funds appropriated for the current biennium are given also. The requests represent the minimum needs of the ‘University in the next biennium. They are based on a careful appraisal of operating expenses and personnel problems with which the University surely will have to cope in the next two years.
