" I do not want to pain you with this exhaustive
letter which I have written to Lt. Col. W. H. Browne.

Browne was the varsity basketball coach at
Nebraska until he was called with the Nebraska National
Guard. He was also the assistant athletic director at the
University of Nebraska and end coach of the varsity football
team.

There are some pertinent facts in the letter
thet I thought you might be interested in.
