Dear Chancellor Malott,

Over a month ago I asked Mr. Davidson about the handball courte.
He said thet they were painted and were in shipeshape. He is
rather deaf and perhaps he answered me regarding the tennis re~
bound practise wall which he painted and marked. This is adjacent
to the handball court. When he does not have his ear phone I find
it difficult for him to understand what I say to hime

This is undoubtedly how the trouble occurred. I promise you my
immediate attention to this matter. I am sorry about the misunder-
standings
