Memorandum ‘to the Chancellor:

fhenk you very much for the copy of the Kew
York Times as of December 6th giving the war time train-
ing at Colgate. I was very much interested in their
physioal conditioning course.

I note with interest that they called Col.
Robert Rossow, of Culver, back there for two months’ in-
struction. Col. Rossow is now returning to Culver to
take over his old duties. I was well acquaizited with
him since we had tw sons under him at Culver.
