Thanks for the fine material on Dr. Naismith recieved

today,it is just what was wanted.
Do you by chance have a cut of him which could be loaned the publish-

ers.Lea & Febiger of Philadelphia ? I should think it probable that

that the University has such. Desired size about 2"x3" or 3"x4",since

The publishers are trying to keep additionsl material down to the
minimum because of the increased cost of paper,labor etceamd I am doing

my best to make the changes creditable,so every item I can save increases

the chance of accapteance of copy.

Summer school nas opened with a fair registration. Gas and tire
shortage is cutting in on attendance,our staff is badly reduced by calls

into the service,but we plan to carry on as long as possible.
