Wiley _ his memorandum carries the schedule for use of Hoch Auditorium by the basketball team and the Music Clinic on January 9, 10, and 11, and confirms the schedule reported to each office earlier by telephone. Thursday, Jan. 9 =~ Basketball team to use Auditorium until 5:00, or possibly 5:30. Friday, Jan. 10 —— Auditorium reserved all day and evening for Music Clinic. Saturday, Jan. 11 -- Basketball goals to be put up early in the morning. Basketball team to use the floor at 4330. (You will recall there is a music clinie here this weenend) The hours check for Thursday, no practice in Hoch on Friday, but on Saturday Mr. Wiley says it cannot possibly be ready before 5:30. Mr. Nichols said 4:30—=but Mre Nichols probably did not realize that elevations will have to be removed from the basketball floor after the afternoon performance, and Mr. Harris says it will take an hour to remove the elevationse I told Mre Wiley that you no doubt will wish to practice in Hoch on Saturday in view of the fact that we have a game here on the following Mondaye He said he was sorry you could not get in sooner on Saturday, and said he would be glad to talk to you if you wished to call hime He will send you @ program of the music clinic. Alsos Mre Wiley said he will always be glad to arrange for the band to play between halves if you should want them to, but he would appreciate it if we could let him know a little ahead of timee .
