_ his memorandum carries the schedule for use of
Hoch Auditorium by the basketball team and the Music Clinic
on January 9, 10, and 11, and confirms the schedule reported
to each office earlier by telephone.

Thursday, Jan. 9 =~ Basketball team to use Auditorium
until 5:00, or possibly 5:30.

Friday, Jan. 10 —— Auditorium reserved all day and
evening for Music Clinic.

Saturday, Jan. 11 -- Basketball goals to be put up
early in the morning. Basketball team to use the floor at
4330.

Any changes that seem necessary in this schedule
should be worked out in conference by the parties concerned.
