I acknowledge receipt of the carbon copy of
your letter to Major Griffith. I think your letter was
very good.

Of course, Major Griffith did not say that
he would agree to what I set out, but he did say that
if the agreement is not satisfactory that we would all
get together and make it so. I am hoping that he will
agree.

I will be glad to send Major Griffith the rest

of the supporting data and I imagine that you will send
him the checks and other material that I sent you.
