My dear Dr. Allen,-

I have a boy in our school who is troubled with a
shoulder having a tendency to fly out of joint.

He wears a strap when playing basketball to keep it
in place and the strap interferes with his playing.

He was examined by you a couple of years ago and I

believe he wears the strap as a result of your examination
and reccommendation. His shoulder has gotten better

as a result and he would like for you to see it again

soon and advise him further about it.

He would like to know about two weeks in advance as to
the date that would be most convenient for you to
examine him in order that he might make any arrange-
ments at home to go. I am persump/che would prefer a
Saturday, if possible to get it on that day.

If you have kept a record of the examination, the
name is Pryce Hurley of the above address.
