, I have not been having any too good luck
with Biff Jones and I am rather sceptic regarding the
Army-Navy football film,

Our University students wanted the Army to
pick the beauty queen and we asked Biff to get it done
with Red Blake arid the football team. It was only a
perfunctory thing, if he didn't want the team to do it,
he could have appointed a committee quietly and the result
would have been the same, We sent him wires and finally
he made the excuse that he thought it had been taken care
ofe é

I would do it for you, Jack, but I am a little
loath to try again under the circumstances, See if you
can't work another angle — a strong army man in.
