I certainly appreciated your thoughtfulness in
writing me as of October lst. I spoke at the American
Legion Hall last night at the baseball pow-wow, but i
did not get by the hospital until it was too late to
say hello to you or I would have dropped bye

I can net deéipher your dsusecthehtos to tell
what “rag” that you saw my picture in which ~~ _
about 1909. Drop me a line and tell me what "
you saw it ine I would be glad to find out aa
about this questionable physiognomye
