I was sorry indeed that the ticket rush simply

swamped our office force here to the point that it overcame
them entirely. However, I wouid not leave you stranded, and
so I called your office to explain the situation, Your secre-
tary said that you would be out for a week but that they were
for some people in the office. .

I am returning your check with deep regret that
I could not help you in this instance.
