I think you are quite right in what you say about the
effects of the gambling rackets, but I am sure that Ned Irish has
not heard the last of this yet. More publications will take
cognizance because the gambling evil has not abated by any mamer
of means, and big-time promoters are publicising more than they
are really promoting cleen athletics.
