Dear Mr, Allen:
_ I received your very swell and marvelous pictures, and I feel as though I
must answer immeadiately and tell you how much I, as well as all the servicemen in

this area appfeciate your kindness,

I have received many messages thanking me for pututatic these interviews
through the mail, but a “great many of the men don't realize that the credit is
Bes to you men back there, You could just discard my letter and forget about it
and nothing could be done about it, but due to your willingness and thoughtfulness
you answered so the fellows down here could get a few of your view points on the
grand game of pasketball.
Once again let me say on the behalf of all the fellows down here as well as
myself, “Thanks a million" I hope to have the pleasure of corresponding with you
| again, and until then, best-of:luck to you in the sporting world. If you ever
