I heartily approve the return of our Phi Kappa Psi
Gastar iieakd fer the use of ow fraternity members. [
unierstand that it is very difficult to get the Navy to
sanction a contract for more that four months guarantee on
the use of the chapter house for the rental in their V~12
program.

Since the chapter house was originally constructed
for members of Phi Kappa Pai, it is my opinion that we
should as readily as possible convert this for the use of
our own members.

The trend of the war presages an early end of
hostilities on the German front. Kiplinger and other authori-
ties put the close of the Japanese war at next summer or next
fail.

Therefore, t heartily approve the action tint you and
your committee have taken.
