Dear Sir;

In preparing the 1944-45 OFFICIAL BASKETBALL GUIDE, we
have just discovered that while your team is listed in the
Big Six Conference standings, we do not have your full sea-~
son's reoord for inclusion in the guide.

This probably was an oversight, because I am sure that
you want your full season's record listed. Consequently, I
am enclosing another questionnaire which I ask that you fill
out and return immediately.

The guide is about to go to press and we will not be
able to include this information unless it is received at
