On the recommendation of Ruben Fox, Chairman, Budget and Finance Committee, motion was made by Davidson, seconded by Eby, that the committee's action in approving and author- izing payments of member agency allotments from April list through October be accepted. Motion carried. President Aszman read a report of the Budget and Finance Committee recommending the agencies and amounts for approval in next year's Community Chest. Copy of the report attached. On motion by Davidson, seconded by Mrs. Six, the report of the Budget and Finance Conmittee was accepted by the Board. On motion by Woestemeyer, seconded by Eby, the Board went on record instructing the treasurer to invest $1,000.00 of chest funds during the Third War Finance Campaign in September.
