The more desirable minimum standard for the “Fit” man on the initial test is passing all of the minimum standards for each of the fourteen items. After conditioning and instruction, the standards for the average “Fit” man (Column B) should apply. Several years of effort should result in a man being able to achieve the standards for superior “Fit” man (Column C).
