Dear Dr. Allen:

We have your letter of October 9th. In reply we would
say that the formula for Alkalol has not been changed in any
particular but is exactly the same as it has been for years.
It is true that when Alkalol is used frequently in the eye
the stinging sensation lessens with this continued use. This
is undoubtedly due to the fact that the patient's eyes have ©
improved and, therefore, there is less reaction. Alkalol does
not deteriorate or change unless it has been kept for a vy
long time so we feel sure that the above explanation is the
correct one.

It certainly looks as if you have a tough schedule with
your basketball team and we shall follow their contests with
interest. May. Alkalol have something to do with the winning
team.
