Had he stayed at Manhattan, of course, he would be
eligible, but changing after that date just doesn't make sense
according to the Big Six by-laws. If Cormissioner Atherton of
the Pacific Coast were advising our conference, he wouldn't have
a Chinaman'ts chance of playing. According to the Big Six ruling
he is not eligible to play in the east, nor in any of the games
he tee played this winter.
