I went to thenk you for your thoughtfulmess
in esking me es to the probability of my getting to
Chicago in August. . oc condi Sc tomes oh ae ts
High School Athletic Association Coaching School at
Boone, along with Clark Shaughnessy, Bernie Bierman,

Hank Iba, eat their school which runs from the 13th of
August for a weeks

We do not finish here in our Sumer School.
until August 6th. In the interim I will have things
%o do that will prohibit my coming to Chicago, and after
' thet my daughter gets married here on September 6th.

So I will not be able to make it. But I do thank you
for your kindness in offering to have the Admiral send
en invitation along to us.

I heve the information now at hend concerning
college graduates who might desire to get in naval
trainings There is a lull at the present time during
vacation, but prior to the opening of school doubtless
we will have several inquiries, and I certainly will
- direct them to you if they are good ones.
