BELO eH SCHOOL — BeLoiT KaNsaS E. M. CHESTNUT, PRINCIPAL “Home of the Trojans” gaily 25, 1941 Dr. #. Ce “Phog” Allen, Lawrence, Kansas. Dear friend, "Phog", This is just a word to thank you for the personal interest shown in Lorraine during our short but interesting meeting yesterday. Although I was unable to see Montgomery yesterday afternoon I did talk with Keeler who was acc. acquainted with the procedure and he thought Fred could see things through. Lorraine had not been too interested in going to college(for several reasons ) but yesterday's trip mate him really interested. Of course he asiwetl as his parents would be very grateful for any suggestions or assistance you might give him in finding some employment atter reaching Lawrence. I'm fully aware that a beginning freshman cannot expect too much. Again, thanks, a million? Sincerely yours, 6.1. Ch
