It has been some years since I hive writen to you
and I believe you will think the only time I write is when T
want a favor, However here goes, In some way my copy of the poem
the "Sportsman's Prayer" has been lost from my files, You sent
me that copy in October 1934 and I had always kept it with other
poems that I liked, but it is gone and I am presuming on good

I have been back in the newspaper game for twelve
years since leaving Rose Poly in Terre Haute, However I still
work as an official in football and other. sports, I have a son
Jim clark, 29 years old, who is busy in athletics as referee in
many football and basketball games and he also coaches swiming
at the Kirshbaum comunity center one of the big clubs in the citye

I hope you are. enjoying a successful athletic season.
