on the rules and informing them of meetings to be
held at 5 poem. March 29 and 2 peme March 50. ©

Dick Pendleton, president of the Midwestern
Intercollegiate Officials Association and E.C.-
Quigley, a member of the board of directors, will
be asked to submit officials! suggestions to the
national rules committee,

Incidentially, I am leaving from Norman to pick up
the Kansas City Baseball Club in spring training

at, Haines City, Fla. However, I will be happy bo
return late in April if I can be of any assistance
as an official in the N.C.A.A- finals,
