Thank you for your letter of the lst
and the copy of your new book, "Better Basketball",
which you have autographed to me. They came while
I was away for a few days trip over the territory.

It was very thoughtful of you to in-
clude me on your list of those to whom you sent the
book, and I accept the Christmas present with very
great appreciation. I have not yet had time to
read it but it will be a genuine pleasure to scan
the pages telling the Tales of the Yesteryears, for
I know they will recall many happy memories.
