Dear Dr. Allens The United Press would like to conduct A survey among members of the National Basketball Rules Committee emma and cet their opinions on any possible ideas for rule changes at the annual meeting. As chairman of the research committee you stand qualified tegive an opinion that probably will be influential among the obhers. Do you know of any things that probably will be discussed at the meeting? If you would bother to send me a list of the men working with you and members of the rules committee that will vote at the meeting, we then could conduct a survey and find out what response last year's changes have made.
