Thank you for your very nice letter of July @l.
I am delighted to know you enjoyed my book.

I do most of my work in my office in my home

at Forest Hills. But if you will call, by phone
or in person, my niece, Josephine Carnegie (Pierre
and L.J.'s sister) at 50 East 42nd Street, Van-
derbilt 35-9500, she will gladly show you our
offices. I hope you won't expect to see a college:
we don't hold our classes here -- it is merely

two floors on the penthouse which are devoted to
our offices. Our classes are held in various
hotels and restaurants throughout the city.

Thanks for the comments about my nephews. I
think they are pretty fine myself.

Here's wishing you all the success in the world
