This letter is to confirm my statement to you
today that during the "No Drill" Period of the ROTC.,
we are willing to conduct athletics for our ROTC stu-
dents at 4:30 P.M., each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We ask your assistance in the needed athletic equip-
ment and in furnishing a place to drill in inclement

weather.
