on the panel at the recent convention of the Kansas Congress
of Parents and Teachers.

There were many favorable comments regarding this part of
the program from members of the Congress who heard it and
I am sure that the discussion opened up some new areas of
thought which members of the convention were able to take
back to their local communities. ;

As social situations become more trying, particularly in
these days of war, we will have increasingly large problems
to solve in the field of juvenile delinquency. I appreciate
your interest in the matter.
