I just had the good fortune to see a copy of the Chicago
Hews in which Jack Ryan commented in “The Svore Card” on the
football parcilels. Ve certainly gave you & swell build-up and one
that is much deserved.

I em glad that you are coming into your oun beonuse you have
done @ wonderful job both at fan Jose and at Rochestere I appreciate
how you get the job done end I want to commend yen on the. fine way

I am sorry that I do not have an opportwmity to write you &
longer and more lengthy letter, but I want you to imow how much we
ae our short vieit with you and Mrs, DeGroot in New Yorke ‘You

1 not think it applesauce when I say that I kmow of no one that
I onjoy visiting more than yous ~ .

It seens that time is too short for us te relax any more
or to indulge in any correspondence in which we ean interpret our immer
and true selves. We are such a neurotic ovtfit nowadays, that about
the only thing we have tine to talk about are the fobias and the malade
of our economic, our social and our enotional lives. There
is too little time to bother with the norml,
