Gentlemens:

We read with interest an article appearing in
the Hartford Courant which indicated that at a recent
convention of the National Association of Basketball
Coaches steps were taken to standardize the playing
equipment and to eliminate one rule designed to slow up
the offense in a basketball game.

In this connection we were pleased to read that
the lighting of courts be made to conform to the specifica-
tions of the Rules Committee of which you are the chairman.
It is hoped that in your study of the proper lighting sytem
for courts that you will consider the use of Wiremold
fluorescent lighting equipment.
