eG This is just following Faster Sunday and I an working here
at my desk trying to cateh up on my correspondences In filing sone
of my old letters that I had saved for a special purpose, I ran
across yours written February 8, so you see how long it takes me
te clean up my deske |

However, I want you to know that the house is all cleaned
up and the insurance canpany was kind enouzh to take care of the
major part of the disaster, :

Burt is getting along splendidly, and of course they have
written you regarding the blessed event-«ala Walter Winchelleswhich
should take place sometime Mays but if nothing has been said about
it, mum is the word. Burt is looking very much like an old family
mn, but he is & swell fellow and a good adninistrator, T an using
him as my rightehand man in administrations He is well and looks
better than he has at any time since he came to the University.
