in regard to skiing, and beg to say we never promoted this

ourselvese Our contact was with the railroad for skiing in
Colorado Springs with the Broadmoor Hote, theree

They had a lodge at Glen Cove where they take guests and

teach them to ski and I wnderstand they have s six-mile clear
run at this place in the mountainse

I suggest that you write to the Yhamber of Commerce at Denver
as there has been several new places opened up since we con-~
sidered this.

I have taken the liberty of passing your letter on to the agent
of the Rock Island here in Kansas City, as they seem to have
carried most of the people and cooperated with use
