Dear Dr. Allen;

Il watehed a Senior Kappleman grow up. We have three
boys here, of the same general type, size, and of equal
ability. Two of these boys are seniors and of college
calibre. I feel certain these boys will do some coach
a lot of good.

I'd like to have you meet these boys and measure their
possibilities as individuals. To this end I have the
following suggestions: We are experimenting in democratic
control. Part of the student plan is a monthly chapel
at 10;10 A.M. with outside speaker. You have been suggest-
ed as one of a few whom they would like to hear. Suppose
we came after you at 9:30 A.M. (delux equipment). and got
you back in time for lunch, could you not give us an hour
in the gymnasium with lectures and explanation? (Supple-
mented with the fanciest high school basketball squad you
ever saw). This clinic could be expanded to include
neighboring schools if you desire and I believe we could
get coverage by "Staff Correspondent". Please call us
