Dear Dr, Allens

I received my Geography grade today and am’ quite
disgusted as I received an F in the course, Dr, Allen,
I feel as though I did not get a square deal. My
Professor was Mr. Posey. I feel certain I deserved a better
grade than I received.

I didn't cut at all. I turned in all my weekly reports on
time. I received an F on my mid-semester quiz and a 76

on my last quiz before finals. In this quiz the class average
was 79. Dr.'Allen, I studied hard for both of these
examinations, but I could not get a beiter grade from Mr,
Posey. JI had a talk with Mr. Posey and he said the final
would count about two thirds. I studied exceptionally

hard for the final and I re-read the textbook. I took the
final md I felt, after the final, that I wrote at least a

B final. I still feel that way about it.

Is there anything or anybody that I can write, see, or that
can help me in any way? I would like to see my final
examination paper or have it re-graded as I feel certrin
that my final was at least a B,

Many of the other students told me never to wear a numeral,
or K sweater as Mr. Posey would flunk and did flunk anyone
who went out for athletics as he didn't like athletes. I
feel certain that my low grades on the quizzes and my flunk
in the course is absolutely personal on the part of Mr. Posey.

Is there anything that I can do? I have never flunked any-
thing in my life and Passed Accounting and French and courses
like that and I a@fead being flunked in a course without a
fighting chance. IF I can't do anything else could I take
this course by correspondence this summer? TI know well that

that I can pass a final in this course at present without
any trouble.

Dr. Alien, I would certainly appreciate anything you could do
for me, or any information you could give me as to what @&
procedure I should take,
