Our league meeting was held Wednesday evening. Final
arrangements have been made for our tournament, or
clinic, as we prefer it to be called. Here are the
plans, subject of course to your approval.

We are having ovr 8 member teams of the league play
Thursday, January 26. Two of the games will be in
the afternoon and two in the evenins. We should like
for you to watch these four games, present your
criticisms and suggestions to the boys and their
coaches at a luncheon meetins on Fridey. Following
this luncheon meeting, we are having a basketball
clinic conducted by you at 2:00 that afternoon. We
are inviting all high school teams, coaches, and
administrators from this section in to hear you and
to ask you questions and such. Following this clinic,
we are holding consoletion games which will be open
to these visiting pleyers and coaches. This concludes
your connection with the tournament. This would enable
you to leave Dodge City if necessary, as early as 3:45
or 4:00 on Friday afternoon. Will you please let me
know if this meets with your epproval? I think it is
a wonderful idea for out in this section. I believe
that you will be able to see a lot of good basketball
players.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your
recommendation of Miss Irene Moll. You can be assured
that your recommendation was highly instrumental in
getting Miss Moll her first interview. To date, we are
very well pleased with Miss Moll's work. I know that
she will be happy to see you when you come out this
