A final effort is being made to have the bill No, 1074,
dealing with federal aid for physical education, brought
out of the Committee on Education and voted on in the
House.

I am sending you some material on this bill and
suggestions on how you may help bring it to a vote,
Will you do your part and send letters to each
Kansas Congressman in the House and to several of
the Committee on Education, With your letters
pouring in, the Committee will have to bring it out
for a vote, and we are hoping for success,
