the Community Chest. You refused last year, stating that you
could not ask a donation from the people who worked for a
small amount. But on checking with our committee it was deemed
that everybody should be given an opportunity to subscribe, and
mush to our surprise we found that many of these employees who
work on a per diem basis gave in proportion to their
