The only hospital excuse presented all semester was for one day, Marsh Sth. : He was told repeatedly that he was accumulating too many absences, and each time came up with some alibi. He wents very much to go into the navy but has been urged to stay in school. As a result he is in a constant state of instability. He has not attended physical conditioning regularly but has played golf frequently which probably substitutes sufficiently.
