Dr. Allen -

Robert Martindell - this student does not appear
on any of our records for the spring semester. We
head no class card for him; therefore, we could not put
him on our roll. Miss Lear told me she did not have a.
class card for him signed by anyone in this department.
Naturally, his name would not appear on the correcticn
sheet that Dean Lawson mentions, nor the grade sheet
if we never had an enrollment card for him.

 

IT have also checked all individual class rolls to
see if his name might have been written in by one of —
the instructors, but fail to find his name anywhere.

George R. Ware - his case is exactly the same as
that above. We make our class rolls from the class
cards that come to us. That is the only way we know
that a student is enrolled in the course. -

William Shaw - our records show that he received
a grade of "AY, 1 hr., 10:30 MNF - no withdrawal.
