and the School of Education and make clear that College students are
eligible to enroll in all courses required by the State Board of Education
and to receive the University Teacher's Diploma.)

with the problems common to the two divisions. (In offering this proposal
we are mindful of the danger of having too many committees, but we feel

that unless some group is charged with the responsibility of keeping the
question of the training of teachers alive, it will drop back into the
obscurity from which it has temporarily emerged. )
